The QuantiHealth project (QH-project) gives you an opportunity to learn about your personal health status easily and quickly. In general, a disease doesn’t appear suddenly; there are its subtle signs, which you don’t feel. The QH-project will allow you to detect such small signs and have a chance to prevent possible disease development. The main component of the QH-project is the HomeLab, a set of programs and small devices, which are operated using a smart phone or computer. The HomeLab will help you to take measurements, process them, assess the results, and monitor your personal health levels over a long period of time. If your current health status is at or about to reach a critical point, the HomeLab refers you to the doctor. It also helps to prepare information for the doctor.
The HomeLab provides you with the latest technologies of measurement and assessment, and advises you on how to participate in the process of gathering information. The QH-project is one of the first attempts to implement a new approach to personal health control. Taking part in the project can change your life dramatically. Your HomeLab will always be with you, while conventional healthcare system for the most part is there for you only in times of illness. The HomeLab deals not only with your current situation but also helps you to secure optimal health throughout your life.
The main technology of the basic HomeLab unit is a comprehensive analysis of heart rate variation. This analysis evaluates the effectiveness of the regulatory mechanism of your body. The more effective the regulation of your organism, the healthier it is. (click here for more details)
The QH-project combines well-established and new methods based on new technology and club-like participation of its users. The successful implementation of the QH-project depends on the number of participants and their enthusiasm.

We encourage everyone to take part in the QH-project. It doesn’t matter what your situation is: in good health or not, an adult or a child, a layman or a professional athlete, slim or obese, a person with chronic conditions or without. It is important to take your health measurements on a regular basis. Long-term monitoring of personal health levels is key to proper prediction of negative events in your body.
Using the HomeLab is a step toward the personalization of medicine. Personal health control means the control of your personal health, and you must be personally involved in the process.
